Our Promise is to provide you with a clean, comfortable holiday apartment, a home from home experience in a safe and secure environment. We will always try and sort out any problems that arise in the apartments.
1) Deposit & Rental
A deposit of 200 pounds acting as a holding deposit for the property and for damages or loss of keys will be returned within 7 days of your departure. The price is set for the amount of people at time of booking. Should more people be coming there may be an extra charge. Should you not turn up for your holiday this deposit will not be returned. In the case the deposit is more than the rental, the difference shall be returned.
2) Check In & Check Out
Check-in is 3pm Check out is 11am. You must be ready to vacate the property to allow cleaners in. (unless otherwise agreed). On Check Out please leave the keys inside the apartment.
3) Cancellations
Should you not turn up for your holiday or cancel at short notice no money paid will be returned.
4) Leaving Early
Should you decide to leave the apartment early, no money will be returned.
5) Key Loss
Should you loose keys then the cost will be 150 pounds.
6) Lock Outs
Should you lock yourself out it is your responsibility to call the locksmith. You can call us and if we are able to help, a fee of minimum 30€uros depending on time of day will be deducted from your Security Deposit. It is your responsibility to always DOUBLE LOCK the door and close windows and shutter for security.
7) Damages
We hope that you will be honest with us and tell us should something break. We expect the odd plate & cup being broken. But should there be more damage or breakages then they must be paid for. Anything that can be repaired will cost labour of 30€ per hour plus parts.
8) Air conditioning & Heating
Please use the aircon & heating when necessary. All we ask is that they are not left on all day when you leave the apartments. Excessive use of the Aircondition or Heating may result in money being deducted from your security deposit.
9) Swimming Pools & Community Rules
There are Rules by the Swimming Pool, please follow them. No loud music after 12pm. Don’t hang towels over balconies Should we receive a complaint from your apartment due to loud music or bad behaviour - we may be fined and you will not receive your security deposit and you will be asked to leave the apartment straightaway if the problem cannot be resolved.
10) Parking
You shall have a key for the Underground Car Parking. Please keep to your parking space allocated.
